with Emelia

Emelia started playing softball at age 8 and was competing internationally by age 11, the youngest player on her team, pitching a complete game in the German U16 National Championship. That experience gave her a rare perspective: she knows what it takes to perform under pressure, and she knows how to break down the fundamentals that get players there.

Lessons are led by Emelia and her father Cisco DelCarmen. Cisco is a Certified Elite High Performance Pitching Instructor and brings years of high school and travel softball coaching experience to every session. Together they offer a rare combination of elite competitive experience and deep coaching expertise, your athlete gets two dedicated instructors working with them at once.

As a pitcher, hitter, and infielder, Emelia offers a well-rounded training experience that's rare at the high school level. She's not just a specialist, she's a complete player who can help your athlete develop across every phase of the game.

Sessions are available in-person in Charlottesville and surrounding areas, as well as virtually via video call. Emelia especially enjoys working with younger players ages 8–14 who are building their foundation in the sport.
